Years of being a union organizer, I would only hire caterers
that came highly recommended. However, modern technology (web surfing) lead me
to S&B Event Concepts and Catering. Our theme was a kick off to summer. Our
union was not only extremely happy with the food, but the personal service was great
as well. Now, it's my turn to return the favor and highly recommend S&B
Event Concepts and Catering. Truly looking forward to using them again for our
