S & B Event Concepts Exceeded My Expectations

When planning two parties hosting two very different groups this holiday season, we were searching for a way to entertain our guests with flare. With just four days between the events, the idea of completing all aspects of each party was not practical. Past experiences of "pre-order and pick-up" type of catering services had left memories of uninspired fare; another evening at the country club was also not what we wanted, so the hunt was on for a professional team to help create great food for both events in our home.

Of those interviewed, S & B Catering offered the best in professional and personalized service. When requests were made to create specific items not included on their menus, they enthusiastically agreed to create sumptuous items for both events. Being a bit of a perfectionist, my requests for specific ingredients in many of the dishes were not a problem for this hard working team. Both Sodiah and Joann were a pleasure to work with; the food was expertly prepared, displayed and served. Entertaining was never easier! I would easily recommend them to friends and family without hesitation and look forward to using them again for future events.

We did a nine day stretch benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Channel 39 Public Television. Spencer Producations did a wonderful presentation of "Are you Being Served?" A hilarious British Comedy by Jeremy Llyod and David Croft. The cast was spectacular!

We are happy to announce the winners of the raffle: Mr. Rempter is the grand prize winner of S&B's Personal "Tea for Two" and Mr. Kenin is the second prize winner of a tray of S&B's fresh baked cookies.

S&B made my special day (surprise parent’s 25th anniversary) perfect! I never used catering/ planning services before, and I can’t imagine doing it any other way. I thought I was the most annoying client but Sodiah answered any questions. She also helped me calm down from any stress. But the truth is S&B did work and I had no need to stress. The hardest part was figuring out what to wear to the party. All the food was delicious and there was a professional chef who attended the event and was raving about the wide range of mouth-watering food. Detailed oriented + Perfection= S&B Events. Thanks S&B. Our last event was a surprise 25th Anniversary party. It was fantastic! All of the guests arrived on time, the menu and setting was superb. White linen, silver and white china, black napkins with lilac and white floral arrangements. The scent of lilac filled the room. Candles were lit and the music was just right. When the guests of honor arrived; surprised they were! So excited they both cried.
