I am using Sodiah for my upcoming wedding and all of my experiences thus far have been stellar. She was prompt with communication and details. She prepared an awesome food tasting experience for myself, my fiancé and my mother - the food was phenomenal!!

Seamaac's 30th Anniversary Gala

We worked with Sodiah and the S&B team for the “30th Anniversary Gala” celebration of our non-profit agency, “SEAMACC”, and we needed a caterer that was classy but understated. Sodiah and her team delivered more than expected! The food was delicious and the servings were extremely generous. Sodiah and her team conducted themselves with class and with the utmost care of our valuable guests. In fact Sodiah personally took great care of our guests making sure that everyone was happy and satisfied. We definitely recommend S&B to anyone and we look forward to working with them on future events.

Wedding Reception Coming June 2015

My fiancé and I hired Sodiah and her team after a delightful and delicious tasting for our wedding reception. We attended the tasting with a bundle of nerves- every bride wants everything to be just right. We were immediately put at ease with Sodiah's warm personality and attention to every detail suggested in the menu. The presentation was lovely with a creative sunflower centerpiece (I'd never seen one done like that before) and the beverages were tasty as well. The menu was TO DIE FOR; from hors d'oeuvres to the main entree, we were thoroughly impressed with the taste and presentation. Even my dad was impressed and he is the toughest critique I know. The chef even made sure to mention how he prepared his food and even came out to chat with me and my family. Also, Sodiah is extremely helpful and responsive to all form of communication which is something I value. Sodiah is truly a master at hospitality and I can't wait to work with her and her team for my June 2015 wedding.

Years of being a union organizer, I would only hire caterers that came highly recommended. However, modern technology (web surfing) lead me to S&B Event Concepts and Catering. Our theme was a kick off to summer. Our union was not only extremely happy with the food, but the personal service was great as well. Wedding to be in 2015

So we had our tasting of the food, and all I could say is OMG...MY daughter who is the bride wanted to be a chef so she understands flavors and if that is what you are looking for that is exaclty what you will get..So needless to say we hired her even before we found a venue. So excited to work with S&B,we cant wait til the acutal day!! Sodiah is on point! The next day she made it possible for us to get to see 3 Venus on such short notice. Which we fell in love with 2 and now awaiting on her package. This is a full one stop Catering service. Sodiah brought her seamstress too. So if you want your dresses designed and made you can have that too... LOVE Sodiah already!!  just met her!!
